Vice President of Business Development
Ron Gibbs joined S4 Inc. in 2021. As Vice President of Business Development, he is responsible for providing strategic direction and overall leadership for S4’s growth and marketing functions.
Prior to joining S4 Inc., Mr. Gibbs held executive-level positions with several government contracting companies, leading operations, strategic planning, and business development/capture. His over 30 years of experience spans DoD, DHS and Federal Civilian agencies, developing cutting-edge technology for network infrastructure, cybersecurity operation, and Agile software development programs. He is proficient at developing and implementing strategic plans that promote and meet corporate business development goals. He has an established track record of using solid management and business development practices to focus on maximizing organizational profit and revenue goals.
Mr. Gibbs has spent more than 20 years successfully helping small companies navigate through the transition from small to large business by generating growth through organic and strategic captures of business opportunities. He has successfully captured numerous contracts with ceilings in excess of $100M each. His successful capture activities have resulted in expanding organizations’ technical offerings as well as penetrating new markets.
Mr. Gibbs received a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University and earned a Master’s Certificate in Government Contracting.
