Vice President of Operations
Mark Redford joined S4 Inc. in 2016. As Vice President of Operations, his responsibilities include oversight of the operational and marketing activities at locations such as Omaha, NE; Colorado Springs, CO; Washington, DC; San Antonio, TX; and Las Vegas, NV. He successfully manages and fosters the growth of contracts accounting for over $11M in annual revenue.
Prior to joining S4, Mr. Redford was Director of Business Development and USAMS III Program Manager for Constellation West, where he directly contributed to the capture of 11 new contracts with US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) totaling $35M. He affected similar success as Program Manager at CACI Federal, where he guided the development and execution of multiple mission-critical strategic and operational task orders worth over $45M.
Mr. Redford also served in the United States Air Force for 27 years before retiring in 2009 in the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. During this time, he served as the Chief Enlisted Manager at the Air Force Weather Agency and was responsible for the assigning, proper utilization, and training of over 1,000 personnel within AFWA.
Mr. Redford holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
