Vice President of Recruiting
Janine Hunter joined S4 Inc. in 2016. As the Vice President of Recruiting at S4 Inc. Janine is responsible for creating the vision and tactics for talent acquisition programs while assessing the overall talent management needs for the company, reviewing existing initiatives/capabilities and offerings, and developing an integrated strategic vision for initiatives and solutions that align with the business needs. In partnership with the Senior Management Team and Hiring Managers she ensures that the recruiting team is effectively identifying talent gaps and filling those gaps quickly and efficiently with quality talent. She serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across the company with respect to all aspects of talent management, diversity, and social responsibility to continually align recruiting objectives with evolving business objectives.
Prior to S4, her track record includes supporting several reputable companies, including Raytheon Systems Company, Alion Science & Technology, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, and General Dynamics Information Technology. She has a strong reputation as a strategic business partner who provides guidance and support across all levels of the operation related to project management, talent acquisition, recruitment and retention, on-boarding, HR policies and procedures, organizational development, compensation, benefits, and legal compliance. She has advised and counseled senior management on matters of compensation, retention and recruitment, ensuring that the most qualified candidates were interviewed and hired for open positions.
Janine earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Radford University in Virginia in May 1993.
