Position: Jr. Network Engineer
Description: This junior network engineering position supports SDDC on an Information Assurance contract. The individual will provide backup support for the Senior Network Engineer to include day-to-day information assurance operations including but not limited to security configuration management, monitoring intrusion detection systems, firewall maintenance, and investigating boundary protection incidents.
The individual must have in depth knowledge on constructing and maintaining firewalls. Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) and Cisco Network Device (CND) experience is also required. Strong troubleshooting skills are necessary.
Tool set knowledge is required in the following tools:
- Network scanning with Retina or Harris STAT - Patching vulnerabilities - Incident investigation experience - Some Windows and Unix system administration - Cisco PIX experience - e Policy Orchestrator (McAfee) - Blue Coat/Proxy servers
Education: Bachelor’s Degree and/or related experience

Position: Intel Analyst – Counter Terrorism
Description: Analysis and Knowledge Management services to support JITF-CT intelligence missions. The services required include intelligence analysis, production, content management, dissemination support and training.
Combined Theater – Analyst Vetted Relationally Structured (CT-AVRS) Terrorism database. Production of terrorism warning reports and supporting analysis; conducting intelligence support to CT operations; developing detailed analyses and intelligence situational awareness for the Commander, NORAD/USNORTHCOM and providing intelligence support to NORAD/USNORTHCOM planning efforts.
Must have recent experience in intelligence research and analysis; fusion of multi-source intelligence.
Desired Skills: Strong skills in written and oral English and excellent analytical ability, solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are also required. Experience in CT-AVRS, Analysts Notebook, Falconview and ArcView, is highly desirable.
Education: Military intelligence experience in Counterterrorism Analysis with a bachelor's or master's degree in international affairs, national security studies. Military experience may be substituted for higher education.

Position: Cyber Defense Support
S4 is currently recruiting for the following positions:
- Project Lead (Cyber Investigations/Insider Threat) – 10+ years of experience in the fields of Cyber CI, cyber security, and computer network threats. Project lead must have a master’s degree, preferably in computer science. Project lead should be thoroughly familiar with the CI/LE communities, having conducted cyber intrusion investigations. The Project Lead must have certifications associated with conducting cyber investigations from accredited institutions or DoD programs.
- Senior Analyst (Cyber Threat Fusion Center) – 10+ yrs of applicable experience of conducting both strategic and tactical cyber analysis within the intelligence community. Senior analyst must have a master’s degree, preferably in computer science or ‘like’ discipline. The Senior Analyst must have certifications associated with conducting analysis from accredited institutions or DoD programs.
- Senior Technical Expert (Cyber Tools & Awareness) – 10+ yrs of applicable experience of conducting research, development, testing and evaluation (RDT&E) of tools and/or instruction at a highly recognized training academy of university. Senior Technical Expert must have at least a master’s degree, preferably in computer science or ‘like’ discipline. The Senior Technical Expert must have certifications associated with either providing cyber instruction or conducting RDT&E in a cyber environment.
- Mid-Level SME (Distributed within Cyber Defense Office) – 7+ yrs of applicable experience, having worked in the Cyber CI/LE, cyber threat fusion, or cyber security fields providing either investigative, operational or analytical support. All analysts must at a minimum possess a Bachelor’s Level education. Mid-level analysts should have certifications commensurate with ten years of applicable service. The full complement of analysts should have a broad range of skills; for example, several should have Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), several should have OPSEC/red team training, several should have analysis, etc. The Mid-Level Knowledge Management/Web Administrator should have certifications commensurate with web site administration, graphic support, and knowledge management.
- Junior SME (Knowledge Management/Web Administrator/Graphics) - 3 yrs of applicable experience, applicable technical training associated with knowledge management, web administration and graphic support (briefs/web presence).
- Administrative Junior - 3 yrs of applicable administrative experience and associated technical training. Familiarity with IMPAC, database development, travel orders processing, etc.
Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with the ability to take/pass a CI Poly
