Patrick Brosnan joined S4 Inc. in 2008 to oversee the company’s financial and contract activities. He currently directs the corporation’s financial and business matters as Senior Vice President. Mr. Brosnan is also responsible for Headquarters Operations, and manages all corporate functions and personnel. Mr. Brosnan’s career has been one of continuous process improvement. He has introduced improvements such as electronic timesheets and accounting systems at every organization he has supported, working all phases from product design to implementation and training. His diligence and hard work enabled S4 to obtain long awaited DCAA approval of their accounting system.
Before joining S4, Mr. Brosnan served as Group Controller and Manager of Planning and Compliance at SAIC (formerly GEO-CENTERS, Inc.). He was responsible for SOX Compliance, financial reporting, and budgets, as well as the preparation of cost proposals and indirect rate submissions. Mr. Brosnan was chosen to represent the company to investment bankers, lawyers, and potential buyers during the sale of GEO-CENTERS. This included the preparation and review of the merger agreement and disclosure schedules, and responses to due diligence questions and information requests.
Previously, Mr. Brosnan worked at System Resources Corporation (SRC). He held positions of increasing responsibility, ranging from Accountant to Pricing Manager. Mr. Brosnan prepared accounts payable, invoices, and financial reports. He went on to be responsible for the preparation and review of all cost proposals, management of staff, and oversight of Government auditors. Mr. Brosnan also improved operations by implementing electronic timesheets, administering the accounting department’s local area network (LAN) and accounting system, and facilitating a custom project control system.
Mr. Brosnan holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
